Please read the following policy carefully before making the ₹99 payment.
1. ₹99 Application Fee
The ₹99 fee is collected to process your application and reserve your opportunity for a 1:1 Strategy Call.
The ₹99 payment confirms your application and helps us ensure that only genuinely interested applicants reserve a strategy-call slot.
2. Refund Policy
The ₹99 application fee is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
However, if a duplicate payment is made accidentally due to a technical or payment-related issue, please contact us with your transaction details so that we can review the matter.
3. Rescheduling
If you have successfully paid the ₹99 fee but are unable to attend your scheduled call, you may request to reschedule your appointment, subject to available slots.
The ₹99 fee will not be refunded simply because an appointment is missed or cancelled.
4. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same ₹99 application due to a technical issue, please contact us with your payment/transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded.
